At RootDrop we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund 100% of the product price — no questions asked.

How to request a return

Email us at plenumcarga@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return instructions within 1–2 business days. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions

• The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• The item should be returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take some extra days to post it.
